Abstract

The relationship between absorptive capacity and
human resource management practices remains little
discussed in the literature. We use a large approach
to HRM to appraise all the HR logical at each stage
of the absorption capacity and taking account all the
components of intellectual capital. This framework
allowed us to suggest nine research proposals that
have been tested from a survey in three innovative
French companies.
