Spirituality: a new framework for creativity

The purpose of this article is to point what spirituality reveals as a new perspective on creativity. Both the organizational (workplace spirituality) and the managerial dimensions ( spiritual leadership) which are stimulating the individuals and teams creativity are investigated. A qualitative research based on 18 interviews conducted with managers who are responsible for the development of creativity, and people who are themselves creative, as well as data analysis via QDA Miner, allows us to observe: 1) the complexity of the concept of creativity that results in resources, postures and processes both at the level of individuals and organization, qualities in common and articulation in business; 2) the place of the anti-management of creativity in some very hierarchical and unprepared organizations; 3) the peculiarities of spiritual leadership appropriate to the management of creative people.
