Abstract

Faced with the triple legal, economic, and social necessity for organizations to take better account of psychosocial risks (PSR), managers are particularly powerless. Indeed, whether it be the difficulty in defining a polysemous concept or the lack of tools to fully account for situations and “control” them, the stakes are numerous. This literature review provides a broad perspective on the issue of PSR at work and contributes to the foundations of a future PSR management control.
