Abstract

Our aim here is to observe during the negotiation/evaluation process the importance of sustainability for negotiators. Is the sustainability of the property a tactic and a selling point at work in the construction of agreements/disagreements in the negotiation around the price of the property between a professional (real estate agent, property dealer, rental manager, salesperson, negotiator, promoter, etc.) and a potential “client”? We will thus, based on the analysis of two cases, try to understand the issue of the sustainability of the building in the process of setting the price and the sale.
