Abstract

The current historical period is one of questioning, both of economic models,
constantly jostled by the flow of technological innovations and the effects of
globalization, than management-governance-regulation systems which often turn out to be
inadequate in relation to the evolution of the organizations and societies concerned. This period is also
marked by an exhaustion of utopias which prove unable to offer perspectives.
