The supply chain, or logistics management, is a specific and crucial phase in the marketing of pharmaceutical products in the best safety conditions for the patient, and in the best economic conditions for the laboratory, which will rationalize and optimize its method of production and distribution internationally.
The advantage of using artificial intelligence, the RFID chip, and the blockchain (“digital tools”) in the pharmaceutical supply chain lies in the need to protect the company and the consumer against share the loss, the leakage of data collected throughout the product circuit, but also to ensure the protection of patients and users against the scourge of product falsification and crime aimed at introducing counterfeit products into the market. The use of these “digital tools” based on the exploitation of data, on the principle of machine learning or “machine learning”, complements the rigorous regulatory framework existing in the pharmaceutical sector. The use of these tools throughout the product life cycle requires a development of the legal and regulatory framework in an “agile approach” to the law conditioned by the speed of scientific and technological evolution.
