This article describes how theme of creative industries strengthen managerial strategies of innovation, based on specific modes of knowledge management. We study how the plans of territorial economic intelligence, being characterized by diverse forms of knowledge management, is facilitated by information and communication technologies. The analysis is done by means of semi-directive conversations led with organizers of clusters and on a documented study.
