RENEW MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION THROUGH RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Keywords:
relational intelligence, management, posture, collegialityAbstract
Faced with the questioning of the individualism induced by a Taylorian or neo-Taylorian management, the social, collective, emotional and relational dimensions come back to the fore in managerial communication. To support this development, relational intelligence is mentionned in academic literature. The problem is that this concept is regularly mentioned but very little defined. This article aims to redefine this concept so as to support the current managerial shift. To do this, it mobilizes the concepts of posture and collegiality to get out of a of utilitarian framework and to be part of the continuity of a collective and relational vision of management.
