This paper is part of an interactionist
field of networked innovation that underlies factors
of "epistemic communitarianism" that favor collaborative innovation. This research measures the
propensity of competitive clusters to foster innovation among stakeholders by identifying the presence
of an epistemic community in the socio-semantic
field of these clusters. An analysis of the "Secure
Communicating Solutions" cluster in the Paca region,
allows us to better understand the sources of collaborative innovation based on devices that reduce
the complexity of the collaborative space, and the
convergence factors of visions, intentions, behaviors
and practices.
