Abstract

This investigation examines organizational and professional dynamics within the context of healthcare provision reorganization, specifically focusing on Territorial Professional Health Communities (CPTS). Utilizing structuration theory as a theoretical framework, the study analyzes the interactional mechanisms underlying the development of a healthcare pathway. A case study methodology reveals the emergence of a social system predicated on communicative artifacts and the recognition of professionals’ expertise, wherein individual and collective actions coexist and contribute to the structuring of the pathway.
