The structural logic of organizations links together conceptions of life, health and care, the possibility of formalising work activity more or less precisely and their organizational configuration. It provides a sound explanation of the changes they have undergone over the last two centuries, and makes it possible to envisage future developments. It is a communicative logic made up of questions, answers, silences, texts and conversations.
